At RangVarsha Banaras, every saree is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium fabrics and traditional weaving artistry. Each piece carries its own uniqueness, and we proudly stand by its authenticity, craftsmanship, and quality.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Customized products such as:

  • Fall & Pico

  • Tassel finishing

  • Any custom alterations

cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

Upon cancellation, customers may choose:

  • Store Credit with +5% Bonus Value (Valid for 1 Year)

🔁 Return Policy (Easy & Customer-Friendly)

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery.

You can request a return if:

  1. You received a damaged or defective product

  2. You received an incorrect item

  3. The product significantly differs from expectations

What is considered acceptable:

  • Slight color variations due to photography, screen settings, or lighting

  • Minor weaving or embroidery irregularities

These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and add to their uniqueness and beauty.

 Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose:

  • Store Credit with +5% Bonus Value

Refunds/store credits are processed within 3 working days after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Raise a return request within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags & packaging intact

We aim to keep the process smooth and stress-free for our customers.

 Exchange Policy

Easy exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery.

Applicable only if:

  • Product is unused

  • Product is unaltered

  • Original tags & packaging are intact

We assist with:

  • Alternate product selection

  • Style exchange

  • Occasion-based exchange assistance

COD (Cash on Delivery)

For COD orders, a small confirmation token amount may be required to avoid fake or non-serious orders.

Important Notes

  • Handcrafted sarees may feature slight variations in weave, texture, or embroidery — making every piece beautifully unique.

  • Customized products (Fall/Pico/Tassels) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • International orders may attract additional return shipping charges and customs duties.
